Thank you for the session 🤍 I feel like sharing a bit about my experience. I had been going through a few weeks of deep anxiety, facing fears and insecurities that were already paralyzing my body. My energy felt very low, and I felt very disconnected from myself. I couldn’t see or feel clearly. I needed help. Even though I’ve been doing therapy with my psychologist, I felt I needed something more. I met with Amy for a session. I didn’t really know what it was going to be about, but I knew she would know what to do. After I started sharing my feelings and my “perspective,” Amy was able to see beyond the stories — beyond the “small picture.” She helped me see things from another point of view and freed me from a heaviness that I felt neither I nor therapy alone could release me from. Thank you for holding space, for your compassion, for your vision, for explaining things from your energetic perspective, which allowed me to see a new reality and release all that energy that was hurting me inside because I couldn’t let it out.
