ABOUT ME
My name is Amanda Yawny, a woman naturally curious and deeply committed to the art of supporting human processes.
My path began in science. I trained in Health Sciences and Biochemistry, spending years studying the physical body, its causes of imbalance and balance from a Western medicine perspective. I worked in hospitals and clinical laboratories, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams caring for people with complex conditions. That foundation taught me precision, rigor, and deep respect for the body's intelligence.
Yet even within all that precision and sterile protocol, the microscope revealed more than data. In the minuscule, I could see and sense how we are part of something immeasurably greater. We may dissect, we may measure, but we remain woven into a mystery larger than our understanding. The greater whole reveals itself. Life cannot be fully contained or explained. I live in awe of this mystery.
Later on, I realized something else was calling me. I continued training in Kinesiology, Ontological Coaching, different lineages of energy healing, bodywork, plant medicine, and phototherapy. Yet the deepest shifts came from within: reconnecting with a sensitivity I'd carried as a child and then silenced. A natural openness and communication with nature and existence.
Learning to trust that again changed everything. Learning to embody it led, and continues to lead, me through full life transformation and growth. Attuning to my body, my inner language, my knowing, became the richest gift I've given myself. Attuning to my nature, which is nature too.
All this time I was longing to be closer to myself while holding my own eyes and ears shut. All that was required was to allow, to listen, and just be.
My work now integrates what once felt separate: spirit and science, nature and knowledge, the measurable and the felt.
Today, I work with children, young people, adults, families, and groups using tools that helped me find my own way back: emotional and energetic healing and awareness, inner child healing, conscious breathing, Taoist energy practices and healing sounds, Kinesiology, family dynamics and ancestral healing, and work with inner narrative, personal history and purpose.
I honor vulnerability and the rawness of human experience. I have deep respect for nature and the soul. I channel. I work with spirit. I create space where each person can listen inwardly, heal at their own rhythm, and remember who they are.
I like living close to nature because it is my teacher. Its cycles, its elements, its quiet intelligence guide my work and my life.
I walk alongside processes that restore coherence, connection, and meaning.
Embracing all our parts, remembering our Nature.
With Love, Ami
