I believe deeply in interdisciplinary collaboration, weaving diverse perspectives to support you as a whole person and will often recommend other professionals for you to work with to support your process and complement the work we accessed during your session.
Sessions can be one time explorations or an ongoing process, held in person or at a distance. The energy transcends location.
How We CAN Work Together
Every session is unique because you are unique. We begin by listening, to what is present, what is alive for you now, what you're seeking, what your body is communicating.
I work with the intentions and questions you bring, while remaining open to what wants to reveal itself as we dive in. The tools I use are tailored specifically to your process in that moment.
We addresses the multidimensionality of your being: physical body and nervous system, mental patterns and beliefs, emotional landscape and ancestral memory, soul journey and purpose, individual and inherited themes.
Because our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and environment don't exist in isolation. They directly influence our genetic expression, hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing.

Initial Steps: spirit through the lens of a microscope
Almost ten years ago I began as a Biochemist, working within the conventional healthcare system. This gave me an intimate understanding of our human constitution, our physiology, the dance between health and disease, and the extraordinary intelligence, beauty, rawness, resilience and subtlety of our physical form. The more I learned about the body, the more I witnessed that which goes beyond what could be measured in a lab.
The Original Foundation and the unfolding
Diving into my inner journey, longing to understand myself and who I was in this weaving of life, I expanded my world and dedicated several years to learning, healing and studying with different techniques, lineages and teachers. Different avenues. This led me to remember and come back to early childhood memories and ways of feeling and sensing. Many gifts that I had shut down out of fear, shame, guilt and lack of support. Going back to the start, that is my true foundation.
Love for life, an open heart, compassion, respect, honor, vulnerability. That is the true foundation and the unfolding.

I've woven together modalities that in my experience honor the full spectrum of who we are, to bring into my sessions spaces and offerings.
These modalities assisted me in my remembering, healing, growing and are an innate part of the offering because they are part of my weaving.
Beneath is an attempt to provide a general overview and understanding of my background and studies.
